Tray denester - crates filling system for mushrooms and soft fruit.

This year, a new tray denester for mushroom trays was put into use in Canada. This denester is equipped with an integrated crate transport.

Stacks of empty crates can be placed here, which are destacked, automatically filled with empty trays and then piled up again. With this system, the empty crates can be efficiently provided with trays for harvesting mushrooms or soft fruit, for example.

The system fills the crates with 9 trays or, if desired, smaller crates with 6 trays.
