For packing of industrial components and hardware/building materials, V-Tech Line delivers tray denesting equipment, product fillers, conveyor systems and lidding equipment.
These lines vary in capacity; up to 70 packages per minute for filling with product and denesting more than 200 tray's per minute.
They handle the most common packaging variants of trays, buckets or cups and lids. The lines handle also packaging designs in foam or aluminum.
All these machines can be deployed in a fully automatic process line, along with the most common and prevalent production machines of renowned manufacturers. For example, the filling of nails, screws, nuts, bolts, plugs, electronics parts, Crown Rhinestones, clips, etc.
In addition, V-Tech Line delivers stainless steel conveyor systems, transfer systems, elevators, funnels, in-liners, turntables and such.
