For a new packaging line in the fish industry in the Netherlands is a double lane lid-applicator delivered.
This lid applicator is able to process multiple formats packaging (format change parts) and is available for various sectors in the food industry. The packaging (trays, cups) are received from the topseal machine and buffered.
2 Rows of trays are fed into the machine and captured by the format lifting module.
In the meantime also 2 rows of lids are taken form the buffer and will be placed on the trays. Then the products leave the machine and will the new double lane charge be loaded.
This V-Tech Line product is now available and can your double lane packaging lines be equipped with both 2-lane denesters as lid-appliers.
