Der einzigartige V-Tech-Line-VTSDB-Schraubabstapler wurde gebaut, um Schalen in 2-bahnige Produktionslinien zu führen.
This machine is delivered to a customer in Scandinavia in the meat industry and places both aluminum trays as plastic trays automatically on a double lane chain conveyor. In this production line then the trays are then filled with products and closed by a topseal machine.
Operation: The highly flexible screwdenester dispenses trays single lane on a transfer conveyor and 2 trays are pushed simultaneously by a transfer unit in the double chain conveyor. The screwdenester is continuously adjustable for multiple formats.
